Watercolor on Paper 4" x 4 1/2" $1,100.00 USD Sold
This beautiful horse is inspired by a photograph I took at the Gypsy Grand National Show. As I began to start my under painting sketch, it spoke to me and guided me to paint him as a spirit horse. The stripes across the nose are to intimidate the enemy by letting them clearly see how many successful coups the warrior and his pony have won.
So excited!! MASF has informed me that out of more than 600 paintings and sculptures, my painting, "Shapeshifter", has won, BEST OF SHOW... Miniature Art Society of Florida is the largest miniature show in the world. Shapeshifter also SOLD within the first 18 minutes of the show preview opening.
MASF BEST OF SHOW WINNER, for "Shapeshifter", watercolor, 4 1/4 x 4 inches.
The 2024 MASF Exhibition will be held at the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC)
